Bas\u00e1ndose en investigaciones realizadas en Colombia, Uganda y Pakist\u00e1n, el estudio destac\u00f3 que las mujeres empresarias no son un grupo homog\u00e9neo: sus trayectorias de crecimiento, motivaciones y necesidades de apoyo var\u00edan ampliamente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al ofrecer un marco de segmentaci\u00f3n basado en datos, el kit de herramientas permite a los profesionales dise\u00f1ar programas y productos financieros personalizados. Por ejemplo, distingue entre emprendedores de alto crecimiento que buscan inversi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, empresas de crecimiento moderado que aspiran a expandirse y mujeres al frente de peque\u00f1as empresas motivadas por la estabilidad o el sustento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los ponentes enfatizaron que invertir en mujeres emprendedoras tiene efectos multiplicadores, ya que las mujeres tienen m\u00e1s probabilidades de contratar a otras mujeres, contribuyendo as\u00ed directamente a la creaci\u00f3n de empleo y al crecimiento econ\u00f3mico inclusivo.
